Encanto Ending Felt Rushed. It was rushed, vague, repetitive and shallow. Mirabel’s family was also.harsher than i expected.
Also many of my favorite characters rarely make appearances. Also everyone thought bruno gift was a bad omen when realistically he was just telling the truth. This was before the “we don’t talk about bruno” obsession was in full swing.

When i first published my review of encanto i didn’t think it would be as popular as it was. My problems with the movie was mainly pacing and some character development, it kinda felt rushed and unfinished. Only downside is the ending felt too rushed, another 30mins exploring the ending and healing of relationships as well as what then went onto happen would have been better but overall very enjoyable, creat attention to detail as expected from disney.
Enjoyed The Movie, But It Felt Like There Was A Whole Act Missing Between The Collapse Of The House And It Being Rebuilt.
Encanto has some amazing music and characters but imo a lot of the plot points in the movie were rushed and some things didn’t fully make sense. I felt the same when they changed the film version of matilda to keep her magic. Kids can’t stop singing ‘we don’t talk about bruno’ and ‘surface pressure’.
I’d Love A Tv Series Where They Show Abuela Relapsing And Mirabel Calling Her Out On It And The Family All Work Together To Heal
The plot of the movie was mediocre, but thats not a surprise anymore. Also many of my favorite characters rarely make appearances. Mirabel madrigal had some of the most inspirational quotes throughout disney's encanto as she tried saving her family's magic from the darkness.

I rushed the review a little, it wasn’t my best work and really it was just done because i felt obliged to write something that week. The ending felt rushed and forced and like it forgot all the progress we’d just made, but overall it was a great movie. However, when you actually think about it, bruno was gone for 10 years.
